Sterling Enterprises was established in 2005. Since then, we have done well servicing our clients across different countries. Our clientele include buyers from U.S, Europe, Australia and the Middle East. We specialize in catering to chain stores, doing medium quantities (minimum of 120 pieces per design) in a wide range of styles and colors, which we design based on themes presented by our clients.
Infrastructure
Our team includes established jewelry designers who create contemporary designs for every season. The team has considerable experience in designing ranges on request and in collaboration with our clients. We have a workshop in Noida, and have our main office in Nizamuddin, in New Delhi. We have a vast network of suppliers from across north India, who supply with the latest ideas and designs of the handicraft industry.
Quality Control
Our quality control are extremely rigorous; we have three rounds of quality check post the production, leaving no room for a defective piece to reach our client’s store. We are proud to maintain a defect rate of less than 0.2% on even our most difficult ranges. In short we understand the meaning of customer centricity and offer service delivery to our clients with a very professional approach to business.
